Warranty Forever requires the customer to perform all customary maintenance outlined in their agreement. The customer is encouraged to have all service work performed at your dealership through our exclusive maintenance notification process. If maintenance is performed outside your dealership and we are not notified, it will result in a denial of coverage on future claims.

The customer must maintain the vehicle according to the maintenance requirements outlined in the Warranty Forever agreement. All maintenance must be performed at your dealership. If maintenance is going to be performed outside of your store, the customer must notify us of the maintenance, prior to having the work performed. To date, our Warranty Forever® Specialists have converted over a third of customers back to their selling dealer.

The customer is required to maintain your vehicle in accordance with the customary maintenance outlined in their Warranty Forever® agreement. Customary maintenance includes:
(1) changing the engine oil and filter; (2) checking and maintaining the transmission fluid level; (3) topping off all fluid levels; and (4) checking and maintaining the proper level of coolant.
In the event the manufacturer requires the vehicle to be serviced using a synthetic oil or synthetic oil blend, the vehicle must be serviced every 12 months or 10,000 miles, whichever comes first.
In the event the manufacturer does not require the vehicle to be serviced using a synthetic oil or synthetic oil blend, the vehicle must be serviced every 6 months or 7,500 miles, whichever comes first.
There is a 1 month, 1,000 mile, whichever comes first, grace period for customary maintenance.

It is strongly recommended that the customer perform all maintenance with the selling dealer. If a customer chooses to have maintenance performed outside of their selling dealer, they must contact us to let us know where they are having maintenance performed.
Our Warranty Forever® specialists are specially trained to sell the customer on the benefits of servicing at your dealership. To date, we have successfully converted over a third of customers back to their original selling dealer. Any time a customer calls, you will receive an email notification that outlines the details of the call including the service work and service facility who will be performing the work.
The agreement is not eligible for transfer.
As you know, most manufacturers only require a minimum level of services to be performed and will often list them in the owner’s manual. Driving and environmental conditions can demand additional service work be performed to keep the vehicle performing at peak levels. While the customer is only required to complete the minimum services outlined in their agreement, we strongly encourage that they follow your dealership’s recommendations when being offered additional services
If the customer is within 150 miles from your dealership, you have first right of refusal to complete the repair work. If you are unable to repair the vehicle in your service department, you are able to sublet the work to an alternate repair facility. Repairs are paid at 100% retail parts and labor costs.
No. All services must be performed by a professional service facility. This is to ensure proper documentation, as well as the workmanship of the services performed on the vehicle.
Warranty Forever® Specialists are available Monday–Friday 8:00am – 8:00pm and Saturday 9:00am – 5:00pm, Eastern.
There is no deductible on the program. All parts and labor are covered 100%.
No, there is no requirement to pay for covered repairs out of pocket. All repairs are paid via credit card by the program administrator. Please be sure, however, that all repairs are authorized prior to the repair being completed. Unauthorized repairs will not be covered.
