Vehicle Repair Coverage

1. Take Your Vehicle to the Selling Dealership or a Repair Facility

Note: Some contracts require that repairs be performed at the selling dealership. Please review your contract for specific requirements.
 
2. Authorization Is Required Before Repairs or Teardown
The dealership or repair facility must obtain authorization before starting any repairs or teardown for diagnosis.

Coverage eligibility is based on the cause of failure, as determined by your dealership or repair facility. Once a claim is submitted, it will be reviewed and evaluated for coverage.

 
3. Claim Reimbursement
Once the repair is completed and the claim is authorized, the final invoice must be uploaded within 60 days to be eligible for reimbursement.
